Firstly,
I should like to apologize to our readers for one year delay of “The History
of Russian Diving”. Unfortunately we could not find sponsorship in
our oil country up to “Neptun” magazine and Irina Kochergina
personally took upon oneself printing of issue 9, This issue devoted to
underwater tows and written by outstanding designers and engineers Vladimir
and Petr Troshins, farther and son.
There
persons became the members of HDS Russia as to as some others. Especially I
must to say about Lett Andris Vanags who coillected an unknown information
about open diving dress inventor of 1830-s Karl Hauzen and fond his grave.
As you
know structure of HDS Russia was altered So, we hope these alterations will
useful in future.
